1.1 Tranchify LTD and its affiliates (hereinafter, “Tranchify”, "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
1.2 This Privacy Policy will explain how our organization uses the Personal Data we collect from you when you use our website and services.
1.3 Tranchify LTD operates the Tranchify.com website (the “Site”), from which you can access information about the Tranchify project and join the Tranchify community. This Privacy Policy applies to the Tranchify Site.

ii) Third-party vendors and service providers performing services for us, including hosting, mailing or email services, data enhancement services, fraud prevention, or analytics services;
iii) Support channels used to provide support, answer questions and resolve issues, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter;
iv) Law enforcement, regulators and other parties for legal reasons.
6.3 All third parties that process Personal Information on our behalf are required to do so under written contracts and only in accordance with our instructions.
